In addition to my private practice, I’m also employed by a leading private hospital group where I work with clients in both one to one and group therapy sessions. I have a special interest in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety. I use different approaches and techniques which will enable us to work collaboratively, helping you to explore and understand any difficulties you may have in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental way.

During an initial session, we will have the opportunity to talk about what brings you to counselling and how we may be able to work together. At this point, if you’re happy to continue, we can arrange future sessions – you are under no obligation to go beyond the initial session if you choose not to. I offer short or longer-term counselling, depending on your needs.  I work with clients aged 18 and over from two settings, one on the Wraxall / Nailsea border and a second in Clevedon, very close to the town centre. Both locations are close to bus routes and have parking available nearby. Counselling sessions last for one hour and take place in a comfortable, private and dedicated space.  I qualified as a Counsellor in 2000 – my training was accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), the UK’s largest counselling and regulatory body. As a registered member of the BACP (number 080785) I work within their Ethical Framework for the counselling professions
